ParadeDB is a transactional alternative to Elasticsearch built on Postgres.
In layman’s terms: we are a specialized database that allows companies with massive corpuses of text (think billions of documents) to execute fast, sophisticated search and aggregation queries. These queries are typically used to power user-facing search UIs and dashboards. Most of our production customers are fintechs, legal techs, or sales automation companies.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team as a part-time contractor. As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective customers, starting conversations, and setting qualified meetings for our leadership team. The ideal candidates must:
Have strong writing and communication skills.
At least 2 years of experience working as an SDR or AE at a startup (bonus point if it’s an infrastructure software startup)
Must be able to provide strong referrals from a previous employer or client
Must be able to speak to a previous track record with concrete results and numbers
Experience doing account-based marketing (ABM), crafting personalized outreach and targeting multiple entry points within an individual account
